Established in 1989, our team comprises of eleven locally skilled and passionate people who care about the community they support. We provide warm spaces, food vouchers, support and guidance, career advice and most importantly friendly faces. But did you know we also offer residential management and support for affordable homes?
We have properties to rent in North Ormesby available with affordable rents and no bond or deposit.
We’re also partnered with Community Homes Tees Valley as an Enabler Hub, which is funded by Power to Change and set up to create affordable housing because we are committed to providing sustainable, affordable and safe, community led housing.

We work hard to build the right partnerships with businesses and providers across the region so that we’re able to support our tenants to stay with us as long as they need. If you’re struggling to pay your rent, we’ll work with you on a personal basis rather than see you fall behind on your payments. We also know how important it is to keep connected to the world using the internet, that’s why we have teamed up with Hartlepower to provide affordable internet.
This means you can put that money towards your bills, food or, setting up your new home. We also believe it’s important to offer this additional level of support because the longer you stay with us, the better off you are.
