Plans for the future

Currently we manage 11 houses across North Ormesby, but right now every penny counts and we understand that, so we're excited to announce the launch of a new project, which is all about increasing the residential support we can offer our community. We’re looking to grow this offer across Middlesbrough by getting more houses, different types of homes, one, two, three bed properties, and we’re aiming to do it next year.

We’ve been providing affordable housing for several years offering different levels of support, so now we’re working hard to bring all of that together into a full community led package to help people. Even when our houses are occupied, we offer a full service including food vouchers, safe warm spaces and support or guidance for anyone struggling with the cost of living, getting back to work or their mental health.

We're here for people in need, people who need reduced rents or more flexibility, and it's something we'd like to do more, so watch this space!
